From culinary chef to CoverGirl, Ayesha Curry is
proof that women really can have it all. The role of
wife and mother paired with a quickly rising career is
no easy feat, but Ayesha handles it all with style and
grace. The Toronto native, broke into the culinary
industry with little professional training and is break-
ing barriers while becoming a leader in her field.
With her book, The Seasoned Life, a cookware and
bakeware line, Ayesha Curry Home Collection, and
her meal kit service, Homemade—Ayesha was able to
take her passion and blossom into a businesswoman
who’s a force to be reckoned with. Was it easy? No.
Despite how effortlessly she’ll whip up a delicious
(and nutritious) dish, Ayesha has put in the work
and even with a new baby on the way, Chef Curry
shows no signs of slowing down. Here, the culinary
queen sat down with MADE Magazine and shared
her secret sauce for turning her passion into profit
and more.
