Celebrations such as, Women’s Equality Day and Equal Pay Davy have been brought to the forefront. W omen’s empowerment conferences, such as the MADE Maven Leadership Summit, have become trending topics for their ability to capture the real problems women are facing and authentic solutions that need to take place. The essences of Muva Maxine’s declaration to reclaim our time is definitely in the air. While the energy is contagious, the knowledge is not always widespread. Increasingly, groups and companies have invested in research related to women, specifically women in the workplace. The task at hand now is getting that information into the hands of both women and men with the ability and influence to impact change. As a space for diverse millennials, MADE is using its voice.
