What can you do now? Ask friends, family members, and professional associations for names of people that might be a good fit for your mastermind. Create a group with a few people at the same stage of the business journey as you, a few that are few steps behind you, a few that are a few steps ahead of you, and a few that are many steps ahead. Make it a fun and interesting experience. It will bring value to everyone no matter where they are on their path.
