MADE BY TERRY RAYSON
Winter is gone John Snow! Well at least
that’s what we hope. If you’re like me and
live in the Midwest you know the weather is
unpredictable. One minute it’s sunny the next
it’s rainy, and if you’re in Chicago, it could
even…..snow (gulp)! With the changing season
not only is it good to change up your makeup
routine, but also your skincare regimen. There
are a few products I like to keep around for the
unpredictable weather and the ever changing
skin. I prefer using products that are more on
the natural side and works with all skin types.
Here are a few of my favorite go to's that will
keep you looking fresh and your skin healthy.
MAC Prep+Prime lip Primer $18
So I know what you’re going to say! “Why would
I use a lip primer if you suggested a liquid lipstick”?
Well prepping the lips for a long wearing lipstick is essential
in all lip wearing. It’s to smooth texture and boost the longev-
ity of the lip products. Ever use a liquid lipstick and notice in
the middle of the day it’s cracking and peeling? That’s prob-
ably because you haven’t properly prepared your lips. This
lips primer from M.A.C is by far my favorite! It’s smooth’s
the lines in your lips and makes you lipstick look like heaven.
IThis is something that should be in every woman’s purse and
every MUA's kit
Nars Exposed Cheek Pallet $59
The Nars Exposed Cheek Pallet is another one of my
favorites. It’s a pallet I actually think everyone could
benefit from. Every shade looks amazing on every
single person. I’m not a big fan on blushes that are super
matte. Blush should bring color to the face and reflect
light the same way skin does. A glowy blush is perfect
to accentuate the cheek bones making the look high
and mighty.

Blue Copper
5 Cooling
Moisture Mist
$38
First on my list is the Blue
Copper Cooling Moister
Mist. I love prepping the
skin with this mist before
any makeup application.
It really hydrates and
allows for a smooth
naturally glowing skin.
It increases the skins
natural moisturizing
factors to dramatically
boost hydration and
moisture retention. It’s
perfect for those who like
a full coverage founda-
tion or a matte wearing
foundation. I believe no
matter if you have dry or
oily skin you still need to
prep it properly before
foundation. Especially
you ladies who like a full
glam look!
