Veronica Foster – Deputy Chief Vicki Foster is a 26 year
veteran of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department
and is currently the Deputy Chief over the Support
Services Group. In January 2017, Vicki was recognized by
the American Cancer Society for her service as a Road
to Recovery Driver where she volunteers to take cancer
patients to treatment.
Tiffany Lynn Jones, Tiffany Lynn Jones is
currently the Area Development Director for
UNCF Charlotte Area Office. Before joining UNCF,
Ms. Jones assisted with the development and
implementation of public relations, advertising
campaigns and fundraising strategies for
Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF). Ms.
Jones completed her undergraduate work at
Hampton University where she studied Mass
Media / Broadcast Journalism and Norfolk
State University, where she studied Sociology.
She later received a Master’s Degree in Public
Administration from John Jay College.
