“Women Who Pay
it 4ward” Honors
Brunch. The series
started in the Windy
City in 2015 and
has traveled to New
York, Los Angles,
Washington DC,
Miami, Charlotte
and Atlanta over
the past 2 years.

Hosted by WGN TV’s Cortney Hall, the “Women Who Pay It
4ward” Honors Brunch was a filled with fun, fellowship and
philanthropy as we celebrated the 2015 Inaugural Class and
the 40th honoree in the empowerment brunch series.
Farissa Knox and Yolandra Johnson of the inaugural class
and Alia Dalal, Pamela Montgomery, Priya Shah and Ingrid
Sanders were celebrated for their commitment to service.
Each of the women shared their stories of how they use their
passions to fuel underserved communities and families.
BMW also presented two-time Breast Cancer Survivor and
honoree, Ingrid Sanders with a floral gift in recognition of
October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In a heartfelt dedication to his mother Dollie M. Williams,
Kevin Williams, Head of Multicultural Marketing,
Diversity & Inclusion for BMW of North America shared
the program’s mission to celebrate unsung heroines
around the nation who pay it forward everyday through
kind acts of service. He also shared the empowerment
series was inspired by BMW’s 4 series, a BMW favorite
among professional women.
During the “Women Who Pay It 4Ward” event, honorees
and guests are also invited to participate in BMW’s “Drive
for a Cause” initiative. For every test drive, a donation
will be made to Girl Forward, a Chicago-based mentoring
program that pairs girls with mentors to engage in “4W”
