The company name changes from the Thermal Appliance Company to Taco Heaters , Incorporated .

1942

John Hazen White , Sr . becomes President of Taco Heaters , Inc .

1953

John White purchases the United Trolley Company trolley barn in Cranston , which becomes the Taco Cranston Facility .

1974

Taco introduces the legendary 007 wet rotor circulator and propels Taco into the market leader position .

1997

John Hazen White , Jr . becomes President and CEO of Taco , Inc .

2010

Representing the fourth generation of the White Family , John White III and Ben White join the business .

2015

Taco , Inc . is rebranded as Taco Comfort Solutions , better reflecting the company ’ s high efficiency HVAC products and system solutions .

2020

Cheryl Merchant is named CEO of Taco Comfort Solutions and Taco celebrates 100 years in business .
