商goki集团公司于2007年底在中国投资成立的外商独资
企业，生产的木制玩具主要出口德国。公司已通过
ISO9001:2008认证, 并获得了玩具出口许可证。
有着30多年玩具行业经营历史的德国母公司是
一家名列前茅的欧洲玩具制造商，拥有诸如GOKI，
HEIMESS, ‘CAUSE, ANKER 和HOLZTIGER 等著名品牌,
产品畅销欧洲和世界各地。
公司生产的木制玩具具有很强的教育学习功能，
各项指标均符合极其严格的欧盟和国际安全标准。
我们特别注重对产品质量的监控以保证其安全
性，不会损害儿童的身体健康，以下是我们的质量监控
步骤: 1.入库前的原材料检验 2.生产过程的检验 3.出
运前的成品检验。当原材料进入生产线之前，我司都将
运用高科技设备在本公司或德国母公司检测其安全性比
如用颜料重金属分析仪检测油墨油漆中的重金属含量是
否超标，某些有害化学成分的检测则由独立的中国或欧
洲检测机构做检测。
这也就是为什么我们必须采购经过检测合格的
安全材料如人造板材， 油漆， 油墨，纺织品和胶水。
公司按照德国母公司高标准要求进行管理和运行， 并
接受其监督，培训和教育员工，以达到德国人严谨的工
作风格。
先进的设备和技术保证了良好的产品质量和较
高的生产效率，比如激光切割，CNC加工中心， 热转移
印刷, 半自动丝印机， 装配流水线 和全自动包装机。
公司生产部有以下部门组成: 生产计划部，生
产运作部，包括设备维修，IT技术和物流仓库，夹板和
实木动力车间，印刷车间包括丝印，移印和热转移印,
油漆车间包括喷漆，滚漆和滚涂，手绘车间，缝纫车间，
组装车间，包装车间。
公司管理团队设立以下部门：财务部，采购部，
市场工程部包括设计，制样，销售，船务，质量部，行

Jiaxing Spot Toys Co. Ltd, is a wooden toy manufacturer
founded in 2007. The company exports to Germany and has
passed the export license requirements and ISO 9001:2008
certification.
The German mother company has more than 30 years
experience in the market and one of the top wooden toy
companies in Europe with brands like GOKI, HEIMESS, 'CAUSE,
ANKER and HOLZTIGER. The goods are distributed worldwide.
We produce wooden toys, puppets and games with high
educational value for children and in compliance to the strict
European and international safety regulations.
We pay special attention to the quality monitoring to make
sure that the toys are safe and can’t harm children. The
different steps of quality control are: 1.Incoming goods QC, 2.
in production QC, 3. pre shipment QC. Before any goods go
into production they will be double tested in our testing
laboratories in Jiaxing and Germany with high technical
equipment like x-ray fluoresce analyzer and others. Chemical
studies are carried out by independent accredited institutes
in China and in Europe.
This is the reason why we use only certified safe materials for
example like plywood, paint, ink, fabrics and glue. The
company is supervised by German business style guidelines
with high demand to employees and their education, skills
and acceptance of German working style.
We are manufacturing with comparative high application of
technical equipment like laser cutting, CNC machine, thermo
transfer printing, semi automatic screen printing machine,
assembling belts and automatic packing machine.

solid wood and plywood, printing with silk-screen, pad and
