oday ' s youth is facing a lot of challenges in day-to-day life. Challenges coming in

Tschool & colleges, in study, in relationships and so on. They are burdened under so many challenges just to prove their existence, gain success and have a dignity in the society. But what exactly a challenge is? A task or situation that tests someone ' s abilities or I might say it as an attempt to win or to prove or justify something. People failing in challenges in their life take it as a forever result of life. When you say“ It ' s hard”, it actually means“ I ' m not strong enough to fight for it”. It ' s just lack of faith that makes people afraid of facing challenges. But they forget that the key to life is accepting challenges.

Being in control of your life and having realistic expectations about your day-to-day challenges are the keys to stress management, which is perhaps the most important ingredient in living a happy, healthy and rewarding life. Happiness is not the absence of problems; it ' s the ability to deal with them. When we least expect it, life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change; at such a moment, there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or in saying that we are not yet ready. The challenge will not wait, life doesn ' t look back. Look at a day when you are supremely satisfied at the end, it ' s not a day when you lounge around doing nothing; it ' s when you ' ve had everything to do, and you ' ve done it. It ' s our challenges and obstacles that give our life layers of depth and makes it interesting. If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best
effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges. The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow.
For every challenge encountered there is opportunity for growth. ' Do What You Gotta Do ' is a positive, inspirational song that says no matter what it is; whether you ' re up against challenges or trying to get your dreams and aspirations met, you should do what whatever you have to do shy of killing yourself or someone else. When you do what you love, the seemingly impossible becomes simply challenging, the laborious becomes purposeful resistance, and the difficult loses its edge and is trampled by your progress. To succeed you must first improve, to improve you must first practice, to practice you must first learn, and to learn you must first fail. When you have a sense of your own identity and a vision of where you want to go in your life, then you have the basis for reaching out to the world and going after your dreams for a better life. At last I would like to conclude that none of us know what will happen in next moment. Running away from your problems and challenges doesn ' t make it easy rather it gets more complicated. Don ' t worry about failures, worry about the chances you miss when you don ' t even try. The only thing that stands between you and your dream is the will to try and the belief that it is actually possible. Nobody will believe in you unless you believe in yourself. So it ' s better to accept the challenges and feel the exhilaration of victory. Just know, when you truly want success, you ' ll never give up on it. No matter how bad the situation may get.
