Unique Authority
With “Unique” favor and impactful lyrics, Unique Authority is an
ambitious gospel group with one main goal: to change lives.
Unique Authority was founded in 2005 in the small town of
Marion, Arkansas. The group is comprised of talented, anointed,
and mellow young men.
Mario Davis, lead singer, will “wow” you with his extremely
gifted vocal range. Marcus Henderson, lead guitarist and

background vocalist, is the musical director for the band.

Marcus is hands down one of the best lead guitarist in the area; his anointing

is guaranteed to leave you blessed. Avery Henderson, also called “the go-to guy”, is one of the smoothest
bass guitarists you will ever meet. Avery is also a background vocalist and the booking manager for Unique
Authority. Derrick Jones is a keyboard player from the “old school” and background vocalist. Bryant Williams,
the newest edition, sings second tenor for the group.

Unique Authority has been blessed to release their first album titled “Momentum”. The album, which was
released September 2013, is filled with a mixture of smooth, message filled, and powerful songs. “Change”, one

of the title cuts from the album, is one of those smooth, yet powerful songs that will leave you in tears as it sets
out to accomplish the group’s main goal: to change lives. The album is also filled with some high energy and
traditional “hip slapping” and “toe tapping” songs.

“Work It Out”, featuring Lisa Knowles of the Brown Singers, is one of those songs that will make you shout.
