NEW XC100 BOOSTS ACCURACY
RENISHAW LAUNCHES ITS NEW XC100 ENVIRONMENTAL COMPENSATOR FOR PRECISION CALIBRATION.
Renishaw is proud to announce the launch of its new XC100 environmental compensator. Building on Renishaw’ s proven XC-80 technology, the XC100 delivers real-time automatic wavelength correction and achieves improved linear laser measurement accuracy of 0.4 ppm.
The XC100 compensator measures air temperature, air pressure, and relative humidity, then automatically adjusts the measured laser wavelength. It also measures material temperature, enabling calibration results from machines operating at different temperatures to be normalised to a standard temperature. Compatible with the XL-80 laser interferometer, XM-60 and XM-600 multi-axis calibrators, and CARTO software, it provides a seamless experience across Renishaw’ s calibration product range. configuration and versatile mounting features help users adapt the system for a range of calibration applications.
