NULOGY TO SHOWCASE SMART FACTORY AND QUALITY & COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS AT PPMA 2026
Returning to PPMA for 2026, Nulogy will demonstrate how real-time visibility across production, quality and compliance can help food manufacturers make faster, more informed decisions, reducing the unexpected issues that can keep operations leaders awake at night.

Originally launched at PPMA 2025, Nulogy Smart Factory enables food and beverage manufacturers to monitor equipment performance, workforce allocation, throughput, downtime and OEE in real time. The platform provides a single view of minuteby-minute factory floor operations, as well as valuable insight to explain anomalies or issues as they appear. Smart Factory gives manufacturers a clearer picture of factory floor performance and the information needed to act on it.
New for PPMA 2026 are the latest additions to Nulogy Smart Factory: a maintenance solution and AI assistant, Nora. Nulogy Maintenance is a built-in solution that connects maintenance activity directly to live production information, enabling teams to prioritise work according to machine condition, usage and production impact.
Also integrated within Nulogy Smart Factory, Nora enables users to ask questions in plain English and
receive answers based on live production and maintenance data. Whether reviewing downtime trends, assessing production performance or identifying outstanding maintenance activity, Nora helps users access relevant information faster and reduce the time between recognising an issue and taking action.
Alongside Smart Factory, Nulogy will showcase Nulogy Quality and Compliance. Designed to simplify quality management processes and documentation, the solution provides real-time traceability, evidence capture, and audit preparation tools that help food manufacturers maintain control of quality processes. The platform also centralises supplier documentation and certification records, providing easier access to critical compliance information. By giving teams greater visibility and access to quality-related information, manufacturers can identify issues earlier and maintain greater consistency across operations.
