Opening Day at Millborn Farm Reservation
MAA was proud to partner with The Trustees for the grand opening of the new Millborn Farm Reservation in Sherborn on June 20. More than 800 visitors explored this beautifully restored 195-acre property and experienced firsthand the value of professional tree care.
Community members brought their tree questions, learned about arboriculture tools and techniques, watched professional climbers in action, tried ornamental pruning, and joined tree tours led by MAA volunteers.
Throughout the day, it was clear that our efforts helped foster a greater appreciation for trees, and the important work arborists do every day.
Experience Millborn Farm We encourage MAA members to visit the Millborn Farm Reservation and explore the extensive trail system and remarkable collection of mature trees that make this property such a unique learning environment. MAA plans to begin educational programming at the up-and-coming Arboriculture Learning Hub at our first workshop on September 16, 2026. See page 5 for details.
