Happy Summer MAA Members !
It ’ s the time of year when all our members are out working ! Here at the MAA office , the phones keep right on ringing and now the majority of calls are from your potential customers . Several times a day we say “ Sorry , we are not arborists but we can refer you to one !”
Our practice is to send consumers a list of member companies who do work in their area . We use “ services provided ” and “ service areas ” from your membership profiles to refine our search .
For this reason – please make sure your profile information is up to date and accurate . All members should have service area ( s ) and services provided indicated . Please also make sure that we have your business phone or business email in your directory listing ( so that we aren ’ t inadvertently giving out your personal information ).
Log in to MassArbor . org using your email address and password . Click VIEW PROFILE
Click to EDIT profile
Scroll down to lists of Service Areas and Services Provided – check any boxes that apply .
You will be able to choose services that your company provides . ( Please note new service “ Tree Protection Plans ” has been added ).
You will also be able to choose service areas . Oftentimes we will refine our search using zip code . Please choose the area ( s ) where you routinely do work so that our search results are meaningful . Please note that Berkshires and Western MA are now two separate regions .
