Membership Matters

Greetings MAA members ,
Spring is upon us ! April will be a busy month , starting with research at Millborn Farm and wrapping up with our Arbor Day of Service group project . It ’ s going to be a fantastic opportunity to work together and give back to our community .
Membership renewal for 2025 is nearing its close . If you haven ’ t yet renewed your membership , your invoice is waiting for you in your account at MassArbor . org . Additionally , recertification is almost complete , but approximately 10 % of MCAs still need to submit their CEUs . Please make sure to address these important tasks as soon as possible .
It ’ s always a good idea to fulfill your credit requirements early in the year . If you ' re looking to earn CEUs , the April MAA dinner meeting will offer ISA and MDAR pesticide credits . Arbor Day of Service and the Millborn Farm research day both offer credits as well . Additionally , more and more companies are taking advantage of special group rates for MAA ’ s Electrical Hazard Awareness Training webinar series . If you have a group of 10 or more needing electrical hazard training , please contact the MAA office . We can provide the materials you need to conduct training in-house - and the training awards 2 MCA safety credits .
As we move into the busy season , the MAA office is here to assist you . Feel free to reach out to us at our new email address : Admin @ MassArbor . org .
