So much has happened during the last quarter . . . where do we start? The biggest news is that Governor Whitmer has abolished the marijuana licensing board! Who saw that coming? This change should the licensing process and Help you hopefully grow speed your up business give Michigan businesses a chance to compete in this exciting new industry. The board will be replaced by a new department that consolidates all elements of the marijuana industry. The Governor has also retained Andrew Brisbo, who we believe is a great choice to run the new department. We expect some delays during the transition process with the establishment of this new department, but once it is operational, we are networking optimistic about Industry how this new department will help the industry. Next up is the continued on-again, off-again situation related to caregivers and provisioning centers. There is clearly not enough product available from state-approved WELL and state- licensed sources and likely will not be for several more DONE! quarters. These provisioning centers are businesses, with staff, payroll, etc. They need to be vendors able to operate during this Preferred pricing from transition period.
