Troubleshooting Problems & Customer Support
If you're having trouble with your M2S electric bike, don't worry - we're here to help. Our troubleshooting guide provides solutions to common issues that you may encounter when using your bike. If you're still having trouble after consulting the guide, the first step is to contact M2S Bikes at 828-676-3808 during normal business hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. EST or send an email to support@m2sbikes.com and our dedicated customer support staff will respond as soon as possible and within one business day of receiving the email.
While issues with our bikes are not common, here are some issues you may encounter:
Battery not charging: Check that the charger is plugged in properly and that the battery is properly seated in the battery holder. If the problem persists, try a different outlet or contact M2S Bikes for assistance.
Motor not working: Check that the motor is properly connected and that the throttle or pedal assist is engaged. If the problem persists, contact M2S Bikes for assistance.
Display not working: Check that the display is properly connected and that the battery is charged. If the problem persists, contact M2S Bikes for assistance.
Brakes not working: Check that the brake pads are properly aligned and that the brake cables are properly tensioned. If the problem persists, contact M2S Bikes for assistance.
Chain slipping or shifting poorly: Check that the chain is properly lubricated and that the derailleur is properly adjusted. If the problem persists, contact M2S Bikes for assistance.
