In 2011, BHF broke attendance records with over 20,000 fans attending Performance Day under the Brooklyn Bridge for “Q-Tip & Friends.” Not only would
the crowd under the bridge rock to performances by Hip-Hop emcees like
Kendrick Lamar, Homeboy Sandman and M.O.P. for the headlining event QTip surprised fans with collaborative performances with Kanye West, Busta
Rhymes, Black Though of The Roots, Monie Love and more.
In 2012, the Festival continued
its mission of
making
HipHop history by
presenting

Friends and the
first
Dummy
