Restrictions
� Resident Owners to have priority when event is waitlisted .
Association Requirements
� Must have a valid USGA GHIN Handicap registered at Lakewood national golf club . � Maximum handicap for MGA is 36 , regardless of a higher handicap index . � Must have member charging capabilities to receive credit book prizes .
Registration Window for Sign Ups
� Weekly Play will open at 12:00 AM 14 days prior to the date of play . � Registration will close at 5:00 PM 3 days prior to the date of play . o If you are in the event when the registration closes , you will be billed for the event . The Normal 24 hour cancellation policy is not in effect as the professional staff needs to plan and prepare information based on the field when registration closes .
Communication
� Alphabetical Lists will be sent to confirm the playing roster on Sundays . � Pairing will not be sent , they will be posted upon arrival for the day of play . � Results will be finalized , confirmed , and emailed before the end of the same date of play . � Scores will be posted by the Professional Shop on the date of play .
