I hope this guide serves as a resource for our residents here at Lakewood National . As we embark in the early stages of being a resident owned and operated community , I ask the residents to showcases patience .
As we continue to receive support from the Board of Directors in making improvements both monetarily , and operationally , there will be adjustments and additional information added to this document . I would encourage everyone keep in mind that these changes will be for the better of the community , however the timing of such changes could pose for challenges . We will do our best to communicate any adjustments in a timely fashion .
