ARMAND DE BRIGNAC RELEASES A NEW LIMITED EDITION
Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs Assemblage Two is a new limited edition of 2,333 bottles from the famed champagne brand purchased in 2014 by musician and entrepreneur Jay Z. The champagne is made from premier pinot noir grapes grown in Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly la Montagne, Verzy, and Verzenay.
To create the cuvee, Armand de Brignac’ s chef de cave Jean-Jacques Cattier and son Alexandre( 10th and 11th generation champagne growers) relied solely on the first press of the pinot noir and combined 2008, 2009, and 2010 vintages. After being bottled in 2011, the bottles were then stored in a special gated section of the cellars designated for its ideal conditions for ageing the blends, until disgorged on June 20 of this year. The fruits of Cattier’ s labor leave notes of honeysuckle, peppermint, and a pinch of peach and apricot on the nose followed by a bold presentation of minerals on the palate.
Brandishing the winemaker’ s already iconic“ Ace of Spades” logo, each 750-ml bottle is priced at $ 1,000 and includes its own inscribed number from production and the disgorgement date. The Blanc de Noirs A2 is available now to purchase from selected stores for further information visit www. armanddebrignac. com

“ All of the chips have been made by hand,” the chef says.“ It took a delicate touch, a finely honed sense of taste and time to ensure that each chip would achieve a perfect balance between the various ingredients. The taste is a very Scandinavian one. … Most people recognize potatoes and onions, but what stands out is the quality. All of the ingredients are of a stature that not many will have tried before. These chips are an excellent accompaniment to craft beer, or simply enjoyed on their own.”
