As one of the most recognizable brands in the world, known for its innovative, functional and advanced technologies Apple is the 21st century’ s most popular brand so when it announced a collaboration with the Hermès a 178-year-old French luxury brand last year, many were shocked. But what a collaboration it has been!
The Apple Hermès watch is an extraordinary timepiece reflecting the synchronized thinking of both brands a‘ united vision’ of utility and beauty blending together the unparalleled innovation of Apple with the heritage and exquisite craftsmanship of Hermès.
Beautiful design has always been a hallmark of the Apple brand, so teaming up with a luxury label that has a status following among the elite was a clever move.
The watches modeled on the iconic Hermès timepieces- Clipper, Cape Cod and Espace- are available in three designs, single loop, double loop and cuff and feature a stainless steel case that displays an etching of the brands signature and a specially designed user interface in three versions of Hermès famous orange dials.
The beautifully crafted classic equine-style leather strap which was initially released in brand colours Fauve( tan), Noir( black) and Capucine( red), has now been updated with four new bright colourways: the classic Hermès Bleu Paon( green), Bleu Saphir( blue), Blanc( white) and Feu( orange) added for Spring / Summer 2016.
The collection is now available to buy at select Apple retail stores, select Hermès stores, specialty stores and department stores in 14 countries around the world.
