More playful than his Alan Ducasse competition at Hotel de Paris, Joel Robuchon presides over a selection of prix-fixe menus with dishes like asparagus mimosa with caviar, lobster veloute with burrata and seared foie gras presented with garden peas. Further presentations of homemade gnocchi with morels, sea bass steak with broad beans and quail with caramelized skin that’ s stuffed with foie gras prove one of the best meals you will have in Monte-Carlo.
