Le Suffren possède désormais deux
restaurants, Pomme de Mât et Sushi
Quay. Pour un repas d’affaires ou un
dîner détendu, on choisit parmi les
options gourmandes de Pomme de Mât :
le homard bleu de Bretagne, le délicieux
burger de crabe ou encore le traditionnel
fish & chips. Le menu propose également
des options végétariennes et « Kids » !
Vous êtes pressé(e) ? Des plats trendy
comme le poke bowl jusqu’aux
casseroles gourmandes, en passant par la
traditionnelle pissaladière provençale sont
préparés aux stations de « live cooking »
du restaurant principal. Alternativement,
installez-vous au bar à sushis et admirez
le Chef Randy à l’œuvre, ou choisissez vos
huîtres de Cancale dans le vivier.

Le wifi haut débit est accessible
gratuitement et en illimité à travers tout
l’hôtel. On peut donc travailler quand on
veut, et où on veut : dans l’espace convivial
de co-working avec un cappuccino, sur la
terrasse lumineuse du Pink Socks Seafront
Bar avec vue sur la marina ou dans sa
chambre en toute intimité.
Mais séjourner au Suffren, c’est aussi se
faire plaisir. Au I Spa Fitness & Wellness
Club, on profite d’un massage relaxant et
d’une séance de sport suivie d’un plongeon

Treat yourself to a meal (even when
you’ve little time)
Le Suffren now has two restaurants,
Pomme de Mât and Sushi Quay. For a
business lunch or a dinner party, Pomme de
Mât's menu includes Brittany blue lobster,
a delicious crab burger and traditional fish
and chips. There are also vegetarian options,
as well as a Kids’ menu.
For those in a hurry, the main restaurant’s
live-cooking station prepares trendy
dishes such as a poke bowl, as well as tasty
casseroles and the traditional Provençale
pissaladière, all freshly prepared in front
of you. Alternatively, you can sit at the
sushi bar, admiring Chef Randy at work or
selecting your Cancale oysters directly from
the tank.
Work and play
Free and unlimited high-speed wi-fi is
available throughout the hotel, so guests can
work when and where they wish, whether
in the friendly co-working area over a
cappuccino, on the Pink Socks Seafront
Bar’s open-air terrace that looks out over
the marina, or in the privacy of their own
room.
Staying at Le Suffren, however, is not just
about work. At I Spa Fitness & Wellness
Club, you can enjoy a relaxing massage, a
sports session and/or a dip in the hydropool.
At sunset, you can also board the hotel’s
catamaran and sip a cocktail out at sea, with
