more than 6,000 mature trees and 180,000
shrubs and other plants will be added.
Water predominates from the entrance itself
with its waterfall and then a watercourse
running through the village. Kayaks, dotted
here and there in the midst of lush tropical
greenery, will provide the perfect incentive
to adopt a way of life where nature is in
its element. Only 22% of the land will be
developed and Cap Marina is taking pains
to use environmentally-friendly building
techniques along with energy-efficient
installations and equipment.
