L’historique du groupe MJ Développement sur l’île témoigne de
son succès. Ses projets initiaux, Marguery Exclusive Villas et Mythic
Grand Gaube, ont rencontré un succès incontestable. Mythic Grand
Gaube, dont la livraison est prévue en septembre 2019, a d’ailleurs
remporté un African Property Award en ce mois de septembre, pour
ses penthouses exclusifs avec vue mer et piscine sur le toit. Après 16

MJ Développement’s history in Mauritius is a success story.
Its first projects, Marguery Exclusive Villas and Mythic Grand
Gaube, are a testimony to this undoubted success. The latter,
which will be delivered in September 2019, has, moreover, won
an African Property Award for its exclusive penthouses with a sea
view and a rooftop pool, in September this year. After 16 months
of thorough marketing, there are only three sales opportunities
available to date.

Autre métier maîtrisé au sein du groupe : la gestion hôtelière. Avec une
expérience de 20 ans dans ce domaine, le groupe MJ Développement
a lancé, sous sa marque de gestion MJ Holidays, son premier resort
Marguery Exclusive Villas à Rivière Noire au printemps 2017, et
affiche un taux d’occupation sur la première année de plus de 50%.
Auréolé de commentaires de clients pleinement satisfaits, il s’est vu
attribuer récemment un certificat d’excellence de la part de TripAdvisor
et une note Booking.com sur l’année de 5/5. Son 2 ème resort Mythic
Grand Gaube ouvrira ses portes dès le mois de décembre 2019. ...To hotel management
With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the group
is also a master of this trade. MJ Développement has launched
its first resort in Rivière Noire, Marguery Exclusive Villas,
under its trademark MJ Holidays, in the spring of 2017. Over
its first year of operation, the resort has had an occupancy rate
of more than 50%. Thanks to the praiseful reviews sent by fully-
satisfied clients, the Villas have recently received a Certificate of
Excellence from TripAdvisor, as well as a yearly rating of 5/5 on
Booking.com. The group’s second resort, Mythic Grand Gaube,
will be launched in December 2019.

Les 49 biens d’exception sont déclinés en villas individuelles,

en étroite collaboration avec MJ Holidays, filiale du groupe MJ
Développement (promoteur et constructeur de Legend Hill), dédiée
à l’exploitation hôtelière. Dans les services proposés nous retrouverons
une offre de restauration complète : un restaurant gastronomique, Le
1812 by Arnaud Faye, dont la carte sera signée par le chef éponyme
(deux étoiles Michelin), et Le Santosha « Chill & Food » où l‘on
retrouvera une carte gourmande et décontractée en bord de piscine dans
un esprit club de plage. À ne pas manquer également un espace bien-
être spa utilisant les produits « SALIN de BIOSEL » … La magie des
lieux se retrouve également sur les terrasses suspendues face à l’océan et
au Morne autour de la piscine à débordement, pour des ambiances de
vie qui évoluent au fil des heures. Chaque instant passé à Legend Hill

A Franco-Mauritian joint-venture
The mission of making Legend Hill come to life has been
given by the French group MJ Développement to a Mauritian
executive, Thierry Naïdu, from the Phoenix group, a consultant
in hospitality management and prestigious 4 and 5-star hotels in
Europe and Morocco. A strong partnership with MJ Holidays,
subsidiary of MJ Développement group (developer and
constructor of Legend Hill), in charge of hotel management.
Among the available services, there will be a complete catering
offer. Gastronomic restaurant, Le 1812 by Arnaud Faye, will
have a signature menu by eponymous double Michelin-starred
Chef, and Le Santosha “Chill & Food’’ with its gourmet and
casual menu served by the pool in a beach club spirit. A must-
do experience will also be the wellness and spa area with its
“SALIN de BIOSEL” products… Legend Hill’s magical
atmosphere can also be felt from the hanging terraces facing
the ocean and Le Morne, and surrounding an infinity pool. The
guarantee of changing ambiances throughout the day! Each
