CHRISTIAN GLAUSER-BENZ,
VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT & ACQUISITIONS, DREAM HOTEL GROUP,
also taking part in the
Perfecting your Pitch Panel,
told us about their new hotel,
Dream Nashville, which just opened
in Nashvilles’s Printer’s Alley.
“When we first approached the
Nashville market we knew we had
to come up with a totally different
methodology to F&B than our
previous LA and NYC locations.
The city has so much to offer
already on its own, so we decided
to bring a lot of the local cuisine
and atmosphere to our restaurants.
Dream Nashville boasts 168 art
deco-inspired rooms, 6 dining
and nightlife options and 8,000
square feet of flexible event
space. Our in-house F&B team
created and engineered every
concept and it operates them as
well. The hotel F&B provides a
selection of distinctive experiences
rooted in the rich and colorful
history of Nashville and Printer’s
Alley. The Dining & Nightlife
perfectly complements Nashville’s
burgeoning scene with an approach
that bridges culture, design, and
music into the immersive sensory
approach that collectively creates
Dream’s DNA.

Our signature restaurant there is
called Stateside Kitchen. Helmed
by Executive Chef Michael
Kopfman and his collective of
Hillstone Restaurant Group alumni,
the brasserie-style restaurant
focuses on fresh flavors and locally
sourced ingredients to comprise
a menu for all palettes, including
stand out dishes like The Chop, a
22 oz. bone-in Kurobuta pork chop
and Bucatini Jumbo Prawn Pasta.
Marking the
group’s second
outpost,
Natura
Nashville is
a casual cafe
concept with
indoor and
outdoor dining.
The vegetable-
forward,
California
cuisine-inspired
menu centers
around seasonal
snacks, hearty
salads and
clean plates using only the freshest
ingredients wholly sourced from
local purveyors. The Parlour Bar
boasts innovative cocktail classics
in a sophisticated yet approachable
atmosphere. Our one-of-a-
kind beverage program includes
a Smoked Peach Old Fashioned
and custom barrels of
Woodford Reserve and Patrón.
Easy 8® is the perfect place
for a quick snack or a late-night
bite. A rotating menu features
eight signature sandwich items
with standouts including the
Easy Cheesy and the Alley
Cheesesteak.
On the nightlife side of things and
hidden amongst the shadows of
Printer’s Alley, dark and seductive
energy fuels Dirty Little Secret, an
intriguing experiential nightclub.
With a hint of subtle excess, the
ever-evolving entertainment
collective takes center stage,
complete with surprise acts and
a rotation of turntablists. Our
speakeasy Snitch located on
Printer’s Alley is a music-centric,
approachable bar venue. Snitch
serves signature libations cultivated
by Jason Owens, such as the
CBD-infused Less Than Zero and
If You Like Pina Coladas, a unique
deconstructed daiquiri. In addition
to a selection of monthly rotating
craft and local beers, Snitch
provides a creative platform for
the musicians of Music City with
weekly live programming.
