Meet Robert Orlando , a General Clerk at Crestline Hotels & Resorts whose loyalty to the company has been unwavering since he started in mailroom operations at their corporate headquarters in Fairfax , Virginia more than 18 years ago . Robert ’ s employment was made possible in part by ServiceSource Virginia ’ s Employment Services , these programs provide individuals with the resources needed to identify , facilitate and secure job opportunities .
As a valued member of the Crestline team , Robert is responsible for general office operations with tasks including processing and delivering mail , ordering office supplies , and arranging for the maintenance and repair of equipment . Robert ’ s passion is at the functional core of the company and his ongoing report with fellow colleagues demonstrates how much they appreciate him in return .

The Pre-Employment Transition Services ( Pre-ETS ) program at ServiceSource was built to assist students who are transitioning from school to a workplace environment and are interested in job counseling , work-based leaning , and readiness training . The Westin Riverfront Hotel in Delaware partnered with the Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and ServiceSource to host a four-week paid internship program , offering participants the opportunity to learn a variety of roles in sales , catering , food and beverage and housekeeping while exploring a career in hospitality and earning a wage . Shannay , Yesenia and Garcia , the program participants pictured learned invaluable lessons throughout this internship opportunity .
