Associates’ 10 global offices and overseeing Arcplus
Group PLC International’s overseas expansion program
as Executive Vice President. He was also pivotal to recent
strategic alliances with international architecture firm
Zaha Hadid Architects.
He has a holistic business philosophy and is known for
his progressive vision and strong financial performance,
receiving an award as China Top 100 Innovative Enterprise
Leader by the Chinese Government in 2008. He was also
nominated as CFO of the Year in Asia in 2013 and three
years later served on the Board of Judges to select the
following year’s nominees.

is a new concept

is influencing
hotel interior
design. It
combines both
luxury and
lifestyle trends
— classic design
elements are
fused with modern luxurious design elements. Luxury
lifestyle brings a classic feeling to new, contemporary
spaces. There’s a shift to hyperlocalism as well; this
was true of boutique hotels but we’re seeing more of
this in luxury hotels across the world. There’s more
value on ‘placemaking’ and promoting an authentic,
local experience.
