Guests can book a tour of the Farmers ’ Market and shop with Chef Jason Prendergast where they can meet some of his favorite farmers , who have inspired popular dishes like Lori ’ s Broccolini ( vegetables roasted in a wood oven , tossed with pistachio pesto with charred green onions and finished with fried onions ). Guests will help select special items that will be prepared for their dinner , later that night at FIG .
