HYATT REGENCY MAUI RESORT AND SPA
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa has put
together seven easy tips for people to have
a luau at home and feel more connected to
Hawaii. The recommendations include buying
a pineapple whether it’s to incorporate it into
the décor or use it as a garnish, purchasing
tropical plants or flowers, creating a paradiseinspired
playlist including some ukulele
classics, lighting candles in popular tropical
scents like coconut or plumeria, learning to
hula, making a traditional through videos such
as this one, making a traditional Mai Tai, and
cooking authentic luau dishes.
The resort also recently launched a weekly
#WildlifeWednesday series on social media
where they post images of the various animals
that can be found around the resort including
penguins, parrots and swans. Guests have
always been very caring towards the wildlife
and have been very engaged with the posts.
