Sure, every AV company has some sort of customer service slogans, philosophies, and rhetoric, but in reality, technically speaking, customers want an organization that can successfully plan, staff, build, operate, and strike their event vision and dream. Unfortunately, many of these customers only look at the technical know-how of a team and will learn while onsite that not all event teams understand the meaning of hospitality.
