In January, The Royal Club was founded by
descendants of the oldest royal dynasties of
Europe and the rest of the world. The Club’s
headquarters are located at the Emerald Palace
Kempinski Dubai.
The Club will be holding philanthropic events under
the patronage of the royal houses to lend a helping
hand to those in need in the developing countries. I
truly believe that the global elite will recognise this
noble initiative, which will help to make the world a
better place.
CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR
F&B PROGRAM? HOW ARE YOU
IMPLEMENTING NEW TRENDS?
The Emerald Palace is synonymous with the very
finest in Dubai. With such attention to detail, we
called for Alain Ducasse, the most influential person
in the modern gastronomy, to open his restaurant.
Alain Ducasse is a living legend. His restaurants have
already been awarded 21 Michelin stars - a world
record. I am confident that his new restaurant will
soon become one of the finest in Dubai.

Ultimately, we decided to mix different cuisines:
South American with Asian, Middle Eastern with
European. This mix is a wonderful combination of
tastes, colours, smells, aesthetic dishes, all that we
eat and drink here turns this restaurant into a unique
place where you enjoy a unique experience.
The other seven restaurants of the Emerald Palace
are equally successful, each of them offering a unique
modern dining experience.
Developed in partnership with the renowned chef
Chris Jaeckle, All’onda takes a fresh modern approach
to traditional Italian food. Inspired by Venetian
cuisine, which over the centuries was at the epicentre
of the trade routes between East and West, Asian
influences melt with Italian culinary traditions.
Blüthner Hall presents a regal ambiance that is
designed with care for epicurean experiences and
exquisite afternoon teas, inspired by the great
composers. Shimmering with gold leaf and offering
unparalleled vistas of the Dubai Skyline, a Blüthner
piano sets the tone for the gourmet menu.
