it is imperative that your team
understands the true cost of
room and spa robes. Guests of
luxury properties are exceptionally
discerning. They expect your
robes to fit properly, providing a
cozy and relaxing experience. Your
operation’s team expects them
to look great, launder well and to
last. A poorly fitting robe, which
does not provide the perceived
value a guest expects, will certainly
jeopardize your brand equity and
diminish your guest’s experience.
