REPORT
The Neighborhood Activity Report
evaluates and tracks the market
value of properties in a certain area.
It contains extensive information
regarding properties in the area
that are currently for sale, have
been taken off the market or have
recently sold.
This report is based on both current
information from the regional
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and
particulars of each home, which is
more than the outdated tax records
most other services provide.
MARKET REPORT
We offer an exclusive Market
Report that provides a snapshot
of residential real estate listing and
sales activity and regional trends.
It complements the Neighborhood
Activity Report to give a broader
look at the real estate market.
The Market Report offers a look at
sales activity for the prior month
and year, in addition to current
year-to-date statistics.
SELLER REPORT
The Seller Report contains extensive
information regarding online views
of a property, including the number
of times visitors to our BHHS website
looked at the listing details, how many
times the property was emailed to
potential buyers in a My Home Finder
update, and any activity that was
completed by a visitor looking at
the property online.
