Silversea’ s S. A. L. T.( Sea And Land Taste ®) program takes culinary immersion to a new level through a comprehensive approach that will leave your tastebuds buzzing. While the program includes the S. A. L. T. Kitchen with an ever-changing menu, the S. A. L. T. Bar serving regionally crafted cocktails, and hands-on classes at the S. A. L. T. Lab, the highlight is the nightly showcase at the Chef’ s Table. This intimate scene revolves around a choreographed menu of small plates highlighting regional flavors and star ingredients, all accompanied by special wines and cocktails.
