It’s time to start getting ready for winter coats and wool
sweaters, but while that transitions happening from
sunny days at the beach to cool winter days at the cabin.
It’s time to start paying extra attention to our skin care
regime and what foundation we are using. Transition in
the weather means transition in your skin and it’s needs.
For example, if you’re using a oil free skincare routine
and foundation or tinted moisturizer it might be time to
switch it up.

Your skins lipid layers can dehydrate easier this time of
year . If this happens it can cause premature fine lines,and
wrinkles, as well as the obvious dry patches no one likes.
Another sign of your skin being stressed can be seen
through your diet and what you are drinking. Making
sure to have a good balanced diet high in organic
fruits,and veggies, as well as the proper amount of
alkaline water; really does make a vast improvement in
slowing down the aging process.
Here are some other skincare tips for fall. Stepping
up your skincare routine and or just simply starting
to exfoliate is the easiest way to make sure your skin
doesn’t loose its glow, as well as make sure your skincare
actually gets to do its job. Let me explain that one a
little bit further. The easiest example I can think of is,
