Alright, gentlemen, flip-flop season is coming to an end and
that means it’s time for some new footwear. With temperatures
dropping, putting on boots will maximize your comfort and style.
Here’s a complete guide to get you ready for the next season.
Combat Boots
Military boots were originally designed to be worn by soldiers
while in combat or in combat training. These boots are for those
looking for durability and a vintage vibe.

Chukka Boots
A.K.A. “desert boots”; they are ankle leather boots with suede or
leather uppers, and soles made of either rubber or leather, and
tied with open lacing onto two or three eyelets. The name comes
from the game, Polo, where a “chukka” is a period of play.

Brogue Boots
This boot is a style of low-heeled shoe. Traditionally
characterized by multiple pieces, sturdy leather, uppers with
decorative perforations (or “brogue”) and serrations along the
visible edge.

Lace-Up Boots
The standard boot that never lets you down. It is made of leather
or suede, ankle high with several eyelets and open lacing. It is
considered dressier than the combat boot, so opt out for a lace-up
when it comes to business meetings.
