On April 13, Lux-Factor attended an event hosted by Kenni York.. activist and one of Atlanta's most talented up and coming authors.
This powerful event was held in support of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month..with the proceeds from the event going directly to the Dekalb County Rape Crisis Center.
The cool , laid back ambience of Kat's Cafe was the perfect backdrop for this "invite only" event, which displayed some of Atlanta's most talented performers, showcasing their "gift" which included everything from Authors and poets reading and reciting to rappers and singers do their thing... it was a metaphorical cocktail of energy and talent that left you "drunk' on knowledge for a few days after it was over.
