Job seekers using US.jobs for their employment search have access to a database of 1.1 million unduplicated, verified positions from 110,000 nationwide employers. New listings are added each day, and special emphasis is placed upon veterans, people with disabilities, and green jobs. Monster.com
Monster is one of the original job boards and has expanded to include a variety of other resources and apps for job seekers. Monster users can search for an apply for jobs online, post a resume, review company profiles, and get salary information and career advice. In addition, Monster's Facebook app BeKnown provides an easy way for job seekers to search for and apply for jobs without leaving Facebook. The app is fully integrated with Facebook, but enables users to keep their personal Facebook information private.
