Whether you remember him as Darwyn Al-Sayeed or Ricky Nash... doesn't matter , what does matter is that the same brother who made both roles memorable has been spinning gold from every silver screen he's touched...from videos and tv to the big screen.

....The "bug" didn't hit until after seeing Denzel Washington's role in the Spike lee classic joint "Mo' Betta' Blues"......

Born August 3, 1973, Micheal Brown, now known to the world as Micheal Ealy, didn't start with the acting bug, in fact his interest were focused primarily on basketball and football, played during his high school years at Springbrook High in Silver Spring, Maryland. The bug hit after seeing Denzel Washinton's performance in Spike Lee's classic joint "Mo Betta' Blues...".

From that point on, Ealy was hooked, taking acting classes and waiting tables in New York ...preparing for his big break.

That break came in 2002 ,in the urban comedy, BarberShop..although he had broadway roles prior to that,

many critics consider his role as Ricky Nash, to be the one put him on Hollywood's radar.

Be sure to catch more of Micheal Ealy on "Almost Human" a new Sci-Fi series on Fox TV and his upcoming movie "About Last Night" in post production now scheduled for a 2014 release date.
