The$following$piece$was$inspired$and$based$
on$ the$ word$ of$ presidential$ nominee$ Rick$
Santorum.$ $ This$ selection$ was$ taken$ from$
his$ famous$ “Hand$ Love”$ speech,$ delivered$
on$ August$ 29,$ 2012$ at$ the$ Republican$
National$ Convention.$ $ We$ have$ edited$ the$
speech$ in$ order$ to$ emphasize$ its$ most$
musical$ aspects$ as$ well$ as$ highlighting$ the$
speech’s$ most$ important$ themes:$ Hands,$
Banks$and$Grocery$stores.$$
$The$ Mulato$ Bros.$ Music$ co.$ has$ enlisted$
two$ of$ the$ most$ imaginative$ composers$ in$
its$ roster,$ Jarrett$ Carter$ and$ Andre$ Gruber.$
Their$job$was$to$musically$bring$the$speech$
to$ life$ by$ giving$ it$ movements$ while$ still$
preserving$the$stiff$sentiment$evoked$by$its$
creator.$$$
