delight as he devoured Griffin. “I’ll never get out of this one,”
he thought to himself, “oh, god, Griffin, I’m so sorry.” Then his
thoughts went to the machine. If the ape destroyed it then all
hope was lost.
Night began to fall, and Emmet was still hunched in
the cave. He decided he better get some rest and in the morning go looking for the machine and element 115.
The machine rattled from the shockwave of the explosion as Dr.
Emmet Che and his assistant, Griffin, took off out of the atmosphere and out of danger.
“Doctor, this is the last of the element 115!” shouted Griffin.
The good doctor fumbled with the dials, trying to find a
planet with more of this essential element. “I’ve located a small
planet. It has the signs of 115. Lets go.”
