Section Four C o m m u n i t y Livingston Union School District | Facilities Master Plan O u t r e a c h Feedback From Staff and Community Input Conclusions To most effectively engage the community members, in some cases the meetings were broken into two separate meetings, one held in Spanish and the other in English. When the open forum discussions where slowing down, a draft version of the “Vision Site Plan” was displayed. This allowed the participants to see concept that graphically represent solutions to some of the issues they were trying to communicate. The Vision Site Plans allowed the attendees to react to the plan and make suggestions. Upon conclusion of the meetings, the group was pulled back together and the results of what was heard, was reviewed. Staff and Community Priorities were then communicated and documented. After a few meetings were held, Andres Zamora began to ask for ideas on “Things to do now”.
