ures catch more anglers than they do
fish. It’s an old saying, but one that any of us
who has ever had a deep yearning to fondle the
sleek lines of a Mega Bass Zonk, can’t take our
eyes off the retro cool of a Creek Chub Pikie or
have a deep and unyielding attraction to the
finish on a Roman Made Mother knows only
too well. A myriad of colours, perfectly gliding
lines, a host of flashy bits… we can all forgive
ourselves for having tens if not hundreds of
attractive lures in our tackle box, and then only
fishing the usual, teethmark-covered five every
time we go out… the bottom line is that lures
are beautiful objects, some might even say art.
And we know one man that thinks exactly that.
