Menu and Meal
The Lunar New Year celebration included six event meals at
five locations around campus, giving the USC community
plenty of opportunities to partake in the festivities. Menus
included a variety of traditional Chinese foods, including a
number of vegetarian options. The dishes, such as egg drop
soup, pork and shrimp sumi, vegetable pot stickers, sweet and
sour pork stir fry, kung pao beef, stir fried vegetables with bean
sprouts, and green tea tapioca pudding, highlighted authentic
Chinese cooking techniques and flavors. Each meal featured
dishes from multiple courses, including salads, entrées,
vegetables, and desserts.
