Theme and Execution
The Lunar New Year celebration was enhanced by themed
decorations that incorporated elements of Chinese culture.
Dining locations were adorned with paper lanterns and
decorative roosters signifying that 2017 is the Year of the
Rooster. Chopsticks were available for guests looking to have a
more authentic dining experience. Item identifiers maintained
the design theme used in marketing materials and made
it easy to locate themed dishes. To engage guests, a dining
employee invited her dance troupe to perform a traditional
Chinese dance during one of the meals. The dancers even got
students to participate for part of the performance.
