Indomitable , indefatigable and inspirational . That was what we discovered about Ian Luke Chan who was stricken with blindness at the cusp of his youth , when we interviewed him for Lumen . Despite the looming mountains that stood in his path , Ian did not resign himself to fate and admit defeat . Instead , he triumphed and performed excellently in his ‘ O ’ levels examinations .
