It was heartwarming to see the joy on the faces of the children we encountered . Through our simple actions by partaking in the daily activities of the students , we were thankful to experience first-hand what it means to bring hope to their lives . Doing this mission as father-and-son was a meaningful experience we will look back upon fondly .
From our experience , the spiritual joy that comes from giving , and the bonding experience between fathers and their sons was priceless . We hope more Josephians and their families will come forth to support such mission trips in future .
Building on the strong response of this inaugural mission trip , the SJIOBA is organizing another mission trip with ACTS from 10-17 December 2016 . For enquires , email secretariat @ sjioba . org .
