Terms & Conditions
Bidding : Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve .
Bidding Disputes : The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids , and his decision on the matters will be final .
Purchaser ’ s Risk : Each animal becomes the rist of the purchaser as soon as sold .
EPDs : Please note - EPDs may change from the time the sale catalog is printed and until registration papers are transferred . EPDs current of March 2022 .
Liabilities : Each animal will be at the buyer ’ s risk as soon as sold , but will be cared for by the seller for the reasonable persiod of time . Every precaution will be taken for the welfare of the cattle sold . Neither owner not sal managers can be responsible for any accidents , but every effort will be made to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending the sale .
Health : All Animals are eligible for interstate shipment , except as otherwise announced from the sale block . Interstate heatlth papers will be furnished for each animal over six months-of-age . Registration : Unless otherwise stated , all Limousin bulls are registered and papers can be transferred .
Breeding Guarantee : All bulls , 12 months-of-age and over at the time of the sale , are guaranteed breeders . A bull is determined a breeder when he settles one or more females and / or passes a satisfactory semen test . Cattle believed to be non-breeders are returned to the seller at the buyer ’ s expence . If they are proven to be non-breeders , transportation expences of the replacement , if made , will be paid by the seller .
